How do I know you will not swap the paper?
The GSM and paper type are printed on your quote and your delivery challan, and a few blank sheets of the stock ride with the delivery. Weigh them — a 300 GSM claim is a checkable number, which is exactly why we commit it in writing.
Can you match our brand colour exactly?
On coated art paper with a shade reference or Pantone number, yes within printing tolerance; on uncoated stocks the same ink reads duller and we tell you before you approve the proof. The proof is the contract — we match the machine to it, not the other way around.
