A Chronology, 1887 – 2026

  1. 1887

    Auguste Delaunay opens a two-bench atelier above Lac Léman, regulating marine chronometers for the Geneva trade.

  2. 1904

    First observatory certificate at the Neuchâtel trials; the meridian star is adopted as the house seal.

  3. 1931

    Calibre 11''' takes first prize for precision at the Geneva Observatory — a record unbroken for nine years.

  4. 1969

    The Méridien debuts with the 3.2 mm automatic Calibre C.88, still the spine of the collection today.

  5. 1998

    All métiers — enamel, gem-setting, hand-finishing — are reunited under one roof in Plan-les-Ouates.

  6. 2026

    Calibre Nuit launches: 120 hours of reserve, a silicon escapement, and enamel work from our own kilns.
