Questions we get
Why does the price move between quotes?
Kraft paper is a commodity — it moves, and box prices move with it. Your quote holds for 30 days, and on rate contracts we re-price quarterly against a published kraft index, both directions. Nobody eats a hidden increase.
Can you match the box we already use?
Send us one. We reverse the spec, sample it, and give you the test readings beside your current box so the comparison is on paper, not on feel.
What is the real minimum order?
1,000 pieces on standard sizes, 2,000 on printed and die-cut work, because plates and dies cost real money. Below that, we will honestly point you to a jobbing converter.
