The Studio

A garage run like a metrology lab

Glosswerk started in 2016 with one machine polisher, a paint-depth gauge and a stubborn idea: that detailing is measurement, not magic. We still work that way. Clear-coat thickness is logged before a pad ever touches your paint, correction passes are counted, and the final gloss reading goes on your job card.

Today the studio runs four dedicated bays in Banjara Hills — wash, correction, a positive-pressure coating room and an interiors lab — with every product batch-tracked and every car photographed at intake and delivery. Supercar or daily-driver hatchback, the process sheet is the same.

Every job begins with a 62-point inspection under 6500K light and ends with a gloss-meter reading you can keep. No shortcuts between.

Two-bucket hand wash with pH-neutral snow foam, wheel-face and barrel clean, clay-mitt decontamination and a streak-free hand dry with plush microfibre — never a brush machine.

Full Exterior Detailing

Chemical decontamination, iron and tar removal, machine polish to lift swirls and oxidation, then trim, glass and tyre dressing — finished with a verified gloss reading on the bonnet.

Ceramic Coating (9H)

Multi-layer 9H quartz coating applied in our positive-pressure room and infrared-cured. Hydrophobic beading, chemical resistance and a depth of gloss that lasts one to five years by package.

Paint Protection Film

Self-healing 190-micron TPU film, plotter-cut to your exact panel patterns and wrapped edge-to-edge. Stone chips, scratches and highway sandblasting stop at the film, not your paint.

Interior Deep-Clean & Restoration

Seats out where needed: hot-water extraction of fabric, leather cleaned and conditioned, AC vents steamed, and an ozone cycle that removes odour at the source rather than perfuming over it.

Yellowed lenses wet-sanded through four grits, polished optically clear and sealed with UV coat; faded plastics and rubber trim restored to factory black with long-life dressing.

We don't ask you to trust our eyes. Paint depth is gauged before correction and gloss units are measured after — both numbers printed on your job card.

Dust-Controlled Bays

Coatings cure in a positive-pressure room with filtered air and infrared lamps. No dust nibs sealed under your ceramic, no open-shutter shortcuts.

Genuine Film & Coatings

Imported 190-micron TPU film and batch-tracked ceramic systems, every unit serialised. Your warranty card carries the batch number we used.

Intake photos, panel-by-panel notes, counted correction passes and delivery photos — a full record of your car's visit, shared on WhatsApp.
