Before you ask
Questions we get
New or used machines?
Both, and never mixed up: every machine is tagged new, reconditioned or as-is, and the price sheet says which. A reconditioned machine comes with a list of what was replaced. As-is machines are for buyers who know exactly what they are looking at, and we say so.
Do you give credit terms?
Delivery against payment for first purchases. Established buyers get terms in writing after a few transactions. We would rather lose a sale than start a relationship with an argument about money.
What if the machine gives trouble after delivery?
Warranty terms are on the card that comes with the machine, and our fitter attends within the week for anything covered. Wear parts and crashes are honest exclusions — listed on the same card, not discovered later.
