Questions we get
Can we see our stock without calling you?
Yes. You get a login on day one showing stock by SKU, batch and location, updated as the floor scans. The monthly statement reconciles against it.
What happens when something is damaged or short?
It is photographed the day it is found, flagged in the system, and settled per the transit-cover terms or the storage agreement — whichever applies. We do not wait for the monthly meeting to tell you.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Storage is three months minimum, fulfilment is month to month after that, and the seasonal block is 30 days. We would rather you leave easily than sign reluctantly.
