Questions we get
Can you hold a price for a season?
For 60 days, yes, in writing. Beyond that cotton yarn decides, not us — seasonal contracts carry a yarn-indexed clause that moves both directions, which is fairer than a fat buffer priced into every quote.
How do we check quality from another city or country?
Approved counter-sample before bulk, in-line photos during production, and a pre-shipment inspection report against the order's stated GSM, size and shade tolerances. Third-party inspection agencies are welcome on the floor — many buyers send one for first orders, and they should.
Do you sell retail or small lots?
No — minimums are printed per line because the looms and dye lots make small runs dishonest to price. For less than our minimums, Panipat's wholesale market is genuinely the better answer, and we will say so rather than waste your enquiry.
