Before you ask
Questions we get
Why does the quote change with the venue?
Because venues change the work: a hotel ballroom with rigging points and house power is a different build from a lawn needing truss, genset and weather cover. The recce answers it precisely — which is why the recce comes before the final number, free.
What happens if equipment fails mid-show?
Redundancy is in the rider, not in promises: spare radio mics on, backup media server running in parallel, and a second power path on anything the show cannot survive losing. Failures happen; the audience finding out is the thing we prevent.
Do you also do the creative and the anchoring?
We produce — stage, sound, light, video and show-calling. Creative agencies, anchors and artists are your contracts or ours to coordinate, stated per line in the quote, so nobody pays an agency margin on a margin.
