What does contract staffing actually cost us?
The wage bill at the rates we agree, statutory contributions at actuals, and our service fee per associate — three lines, visible separately on every invoice. If a number moves, it moves on paper first.
What if a permanent hire leaves in a month?
We replace free within 90 days of joining, once per position. If we cannot, the fee for that position is returned — that clause is printed in the proposal.
Do you handle labour inspections?
For clients on our payroll or compliance retainers, yes — we attend with the registers we maintain. For one-off help during an inspection, we quote per case.
