Questions we get
Are your guards actually paid the wages you bill us for?
Yes, and you can check: the wage sheet for your site comes with the invoice, and any guard's payslip can be produced on request. Underpaying guards is where this industry rots — auditability is the fix, so we offer it before being asked.
What happens if a guard does not turn up?
The supervisor fills the post from the reserve pool the same shift, or the day is credited on your invoice. The muster record shows which happened — you never pay for an empty chair.
Can you take over from our current agency mid-contract?
Yes. We run a joint transition week — posts mapped, keys and registers handed over on a signed list, and your notice period to the outgoing agency respected. Poaching their guards mid-contract is not how we do it.
