Pearl began in 2012 with one uncomfortable truth: most people in Mumbai avoid the dentist until something hurts. Dr. Aisha D'Souza designed this studio to remove every reason why — no drills whining in the waiting area, no mystery charges at the desk, no lectures about what you should have done sooner.

Today, three chairs on Hill Road run on the same quiet rules. Every instrument comes out of a sealed, autoclave-sterilized pouch opened in front of you. Every treatment plan is written down with its exact price before we begin. And every nervous patient gets as many pauses as they need — the chair has a hand-raise rule, and we honour it.
