Can you guarantee the consent will be granted?
No, and be careful with anyone who says yes — the grant is the board's decision, not a consultant's product. What we do promise in writing: a complete application, honest advice on what your category and location can support, and no fee for chasing an application we told you was unviable.
What do the board's own fees come to?
They depend on your category and capital investment — for many units the CTE fee alone runs into tens of thousands. Whatever they are, you pay them at actuals with the challan in your file. Our fee is the professional fee quoted, nothing folded in.
We have operated for years without a consent. Now what?
It is more common than anyone admits, and the fix is regularisation, not paperwork theatre. We map where you stand, tell you the realistic exposure in writing, and file the path the rules actually provide. What we will not do is backdate or invent monitoring data — that turns a fixable problem into a criminal one.
