Full Wedding Planning
From roka to vidaai, one team owns it all — venue, vendors, budgets, timelines and the 2 a.m. what-ifs. You attend your wedding; we run it.
VIVAAH produces weddings across Udaipur's lake palaces, Goa's shores and Jaipur's forts. 400 guests. 3 days. 1 spreadsheet you'll never see — because our planners carry it so you can carry the moment.

VIVAAH began in 2012 with one lakeside mehndi, forty guests and a founder who colour-coded the flower delivery schedule. Meghna Rathore had grown up watching her grandmother host Mewar's wedding season from a haveli courtyard — and decided that grace of that kind deserved a production office behind it.
Fourteen years on, we are a forty-two-person atelier above Gangaur Ghat: designers who sketch mandaps by hand, production heads who walk venues with laser measures, and hosts who remember that your Nani takes her chai with saffron. The wedding feels effortless precisely because, for us, it never is.
Every VIVAAH wedding is produced entirely in-house — planning, decor, entertainment, hospitality and film — so nothing is lost between vendors, and no one says "that's not my department."

From roka to vidaai, one team owns it all — venue, vendors, budgets, timelines and the 2 a.m. what-ifs. You attend your wedding; we run it.

Udaipur lake palaces, Goa beach shacks turned shamianas, Jaipur fort courtyards. We hold the venue, the rooms, the permits and the sunset slot.

Mandaps sketched by hand, palettes matched to your lehenga swatch, and installations built in our own workshop — never rented off a truck.

Choreographers for four generations of dancers, live qawwals, celebrity artist bookings and a stage manager who cues every chachi on time.

Airport garlands, room hampers, itinerary WhatsApp desks and hosts who know every guest by name — 400 people, zero lost uncles.

We curate, brief and schedule the crews — candid, cinematic and drone — so the golden-hour portraits happen while the dal is still hot.
Every collection is a written scope, not a vague promise — inclusions listed, budgets itemised, and a planner who answers the phone on the first ring.
You get a dedicated lead planner from day one — not a rotating cast. One phone number answers everything, from mandap to menu to missing sherwani buttons.
Every wedding runs on a 40-tab master plan: vendor SLAs, minute-wise run sheets, backup plans for rain, power and late baraats. You never see it. That's the point.
Our own workshop fabricates every mandap, gate and centrepiece. Your wedding will not look like last week's wedding — we archive designs after one use.
Guest cards note diets, medicines, feuds and favourite songs. Your Nani gets saffron chai; the college gang gets the late-night maggi counter. Nobody is a stranger.
Forty-two full-time producers, decorators and hosts. These four sign their names on every wedding.

It rained on our lakeside haldi. Guests still talk about the glass pavilion that appeared in forty minutes. We found out later it was Plan C — filed in March.

Three hundred guests flew in from eleven cities. My mother did not make a single phone call. She still cannot believe it, and honestly, neither can I.

Meghna's team gave us a written budget and closed the wedding two lakhs under it. Romance is nice; a planner who returns money is poetry.

Your lead planner will call within 24 hours with venue ideas and a written estimate. Impatient (we approve)? WhatsApp +91 98290 77440.
The atelier sits above Gangaur Ghat — walk in any day for chai and a venue chat. During wedding season (October to February), booking a slot spares you a wait on our lovely but small balcony.
