The Guarantee · Since the First Ledger

A Century of Repairs

Every piece we have ever made is guaranteed for the life of its owner, and then for the life of whoever inherits it. Send it back — scuffed, soaked, savaged by a carousel in Karachi — and the same bench that built it will put it right.

We restitch by hand along the original awl holes, replace brass from the original patterns, and return each piece with a tag noting what was done and who did it. In 1926 we charged nothing for this service. We still don’t.

Monogramming, Struck by Hand
