Questions we get
Is your certificate government-recognised?
Our certificate is ours — it names the course, the hours and the tools you practised on, and employers here know the academy. It does not claim a university, a board or a ministry, because it is not from one. For jobs that demand a government-recognised qualification, we will tell you honestly which exam or institution you need instead.
Do you provide placement?
We keep a notice board of real openings that shops and offices send us, and we will make an introduction when a course is completed well. We do not print a placement percentage, because we do not control hiring and will not pretend to.
I have never touched a computer. Where do I start?
Basic computing + typing, and there is no shame in it — half the batch is over forty. The free demo class is exactly for this fear: sit at a machine for an hour with an instructor beside you, then decide.
